What We will Serve
Tomino Hozan Potato Shochu

Japanese shochu from Kagoshima, Japan. A revolutionary sweet potato shochu that redefines the traditional image with a refreshing mouthfeel and a citrus aroma.
It is brewed using kōji mold typically used in sake production, specifically yellow kōji, and carefully fermented at low temperatures, similar to ginjō sake.
The distillation process is also carefully refined, resulting in a beautifully fragrant shochu.
This innovative shochu is so transformative that it instantly changes the common perception of sweet potato shochu as having a strong odor. Even those trying sweet potato shochu for the first time can enjoy it smoothly and effortlessly.
For the best experience, we highly recommend drinking it on the rocks, with soda or lemon!
