The name “Kura no Hana” comes from the variety of rice used. Both the rice and the Honofuku yeast are from Miyagi prefecture, a place known for its agriculture. These ingredients and the brewers’ skill give us a sake with An elegant and sweet aroma of fruits with a hint of smoky aroma, backed by a little minerality in the finish. The ?avor of fresh fruits is nicely balanced with savory ?avors. This exceptional brew won platinum at the 2020 Kura Master.
