Crisp, Fresh, Elegant & Inviting. The nose on this “Extremely Dry” sake is a collection of grains, steamed rice, and crushed leaves. With an SMV rounded up to 17, you are looking at a bone-dry brew that doesn’t make the mistake of sacrificing flavour to get that high dry. It is ricey and tight with a really compact drinking feel. It’s light and goes down easy, also gives little heat on the palate.
