KIKOU is a superb elegant of drops that slowly drip drop by drop from the sake bag by the best way to squeeze “Hanging Method” for the highest quality. The brewery chose to continue pursuing the 35% Yamadanishiki rice polishing, of which they were well aware of the characteristics and brewed the highest quality Junmai Daiginjo. However, with this technology, production is done in extremely small quantities, 150 bottles for whole production. By the spirit of the brewer who is aiming for 200 years in business, “Hanging Method” was performed twice, brewing to deliver even limited quantities to our customers. The box is a black octagonal pyramid. This design reminds us of a drop of Sake. The design characters and inside of the box are gold.
