SHINSHU MEIJO – KOKUYOU

Made of extremely soft water (Kokuyo water). This is why this sake tastes as soft as silk. It is also refreshing and has a very nice “Nodogoshi” (goes down well in the throat). The food with sugar or mirin goes really well with this sake.
