It’s a “Sake Nouveau”. This is draft sake with a fruity fresh aroma like muscat and a crisp & powerful taste, which is released in the winter through the spring. It’s brewed with new rice harvested in the previous autumn and bottled without pasteurization. It’s a gorgeous aroma and the fresh flavours are so pleasant.
